Rootwell Women's Retreat: Entering the Cave

We gather in retreat with the intention to deeply resource our bodies, hearts, minds and spirits so that we may come back into our lives, work and relationships with greater resilience, fresh perspective and renewed creative energy.

This time is designed for women with full lives of family, work and holding space for others. Together, we will create the spaciousness needed to tend to the Well of our Beingness, taking a break from our doing.  It will be a time to slow down, connect with self, nourish our bodies with nutritious foods and be together in connective ways as women so effortlessly do.  There will be time on the land, periods of silence, movement inquiry, dreamweaving and ceremony.

We will gather on the beautiful land of Dancing Deer Farm in Templeton. We will stay onsite in the Hacienda, a private hilltop home on the farm, where there are single, double and dorm style lodgings.  Simple, nutritious organic cuisine will be provided for each meal.

We will be an intimate group of around 18, so please secure your spot soon if you feel you're ready for this deeply nourishing gathering of women and resource.
We will begin together at 3:00p on Friday November 2nd and settle our experience together at 12:00p on Sunday November 4th.

Our guides, Laura Creps, Shelley Kilcoyne and Kari Stettler, will weave their experiences of Somatic Study, Healing, Ceremony, Nature Connection and Embodiment Inquiry into this 3-day experience.

We hope you will join us in restoring, resourcing and replenishing the Well of your Being after a full spring, summer and early fall.  We sure do need it! And, we thought you might, as well.
